About Me
Hey, I'm John "Grafton" Brittle III – Nashville native, Christ Presbyterian Academy '21, University of Tennessee, Knoxville '25. I double majored in Finance and Marketing and was heavily involved on campus throughout my four years in Knoxville.
After my sophomore year of college, I got my real estate license and started working part time for my dad, lifelong Nashville Realtor John G. Brittle Jr. Over the last three years I've worked as a buyers agent, listing agent, and have been involved in site selection for new construction development — something I watched my dad do my entire life. While I believe I am too early in my career to have a "niche," I am passionate about land use, zoning, and the hunt of finding the right off-market property for infill development. I am also focused on first-time homebuyers and housing affordability in Nashville. As a 23-year-old, I personally understand the affordable housing struggle in our city, and hope to spend the next several years helping other Nashvillians achieve homeownership.
Outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, finding live music around Nashville, going to local sporting events, and spending time with friends and family. Lifelong Tennessee sports fan — Titans, Predators, Vols. I love this city and I love this state.
